Our Goals
Worship

Transition Pastor Travis from his ministry with the youth to be our pastor of worship and evangelism.

Have an average of 275 people attending worship services at Hope by fall of 2012.
Discipleship

Offer a class that will begin going through 100 essential Bible passages in january during the Sunday morning
growth group before the worship service

Incorporate more opportunities to pray for the mission and ministry of the church on Wednesday nights
Fellowship

Use Right Now training web videos to help our growth group leaders become more effective in leading their small groups

Create and launch thre more growth groups with three more leaders raised up
Ministry

Begin a Ministry Involvement Team to get more people raised up for the various ministry positions that need to be filled

Begin using Group's Church Volunteer Central to help our ministry leaders more effectively lead their ministry
Evangelism

Hire a half-time youth minister in the summer of 2012 to continue to reach young people for Christ and their families in Kennebec County

Hold personal evangelistic training in three growth groups in 2012
